Homotechnica LLC ("we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content hosted on OptiLink infringes your copyright, please follow the procedures below.

1. DMCA Agent

2. Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, send a written notification to our DMCA Agent that includes:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the material to be removed, with enough information to locate it (e.g., the OptiLink URL)
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the takedown notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. If a user receives multiple valid DMCA takedown notices, their account may be permanently terminated.
