1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OptiLink ("Service"), operated by Homotechnica LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

OptiLink is a social card link service that allows users to upload images and specify redirect URLs. The Service generates unique URLs that serve rich meta tags (Open Graph, Twitter Cards) to social media crawlers and redirect regular visitors to the specified destination URL.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
• Engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service infrastructure
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to OptiLink. By uploading content, you grant Homotechnica LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. The OptiLink name, logo, and Service are the property of Homotechnica LLC.

6. DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). For copyright complaints, please see our DMCA Policy.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier accounts are subject to monthly card creation limits.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data (including uploaded images and cards) may be deleted.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMOTECHNICA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homotechnica LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
